I enabled lockdown mode in the iPhone iOS 18.1, and after that, the call recorder option is not working, also JUST the empty audio files are added to notes.

Lockdown mode disables many features. It is an extreme measure meant to be used by individuals who are actively being targeted by very sophisticated (and expensive) attacks.
Why are you using lockdown mode? If you’re not a high value target of a repressive government, it’s highly unlikely that’s necessary.
