Why is the Amazon app video not playing on my iPad?
I cannot get product videos to play while using the Amazon app on my iPad. I get a CS2 error code. I have deleted the app, powered down my iPad, restarted in, reloaded the app and it still doesn’t work.
I review the same product on my iPhone 15 and the video plays just fine. Why won’t it play on my iPad.
Both devices are up to date and using the latest IO software.
