Bootcamp control panel has now "power" tab on windows 11

I just installed windows 11 on a 2019 macpro, all works just fine except that I need the computer to restart after a power loss on windows. I have "Start up automatically after a power failure" checked on on the mac os side (sequoia)

But on the windows side i cant find that option.
