Contacts on iPhone do not appear

Hi, We have a few apple products, like iPad, MacBook Pro (2X) a few iPhones. All are logged in into the same Apple ID. In the iCloud on the iPad and my MBP and my wife's iPhone we can see the contacts through the contacts App. On my own two iPhones I cannot see the contacts anymore, since I have changes from Apple ID on one of these phones for a particular Apple home kit log in. After contacts did not show up anymore I have changed back to the original Apple ID. No contacts from that iCloud account.

Funny is that the tabs on the contacts is on, and going to the iCloud websites on the MBP and the iPad the contacts App show up in the Apps Tile. On the two iPhones the contacts app does not show on the Apps Tile.

I am lost now, and help/support is much appreciated
