issue: set a profile or tab group to be used during this focus

When I set a certain Safari profile in my work Focus mode (or any other mode) I can use it maybe for a day and then the next day the setting is missing again. This is happening for months and hoped the new MacOS update would fix it. Can't find this issue anywhere online and not sure if Apple is working on this.
