Unable to move purchased brushes and pallets from old to new Procreate app

Years ago before my husband developed dementia, he purchased Procreate on his iPad and I began to use it by Family Sharing. Now, he not only cannot use his iPad nor his iPhone, and all the brushes and palettes that I purchased for use in the Procreate app are not retrievable for me.

Is there any way to get these? It would be impossible to move each file over to a new Procreate app, and I really just need to have it under my Apple ID. I don’t even care if I have to repurchase the app, but I have no way of switching between the two to get to my purchased brushes.

Since the brushes are stored in Procreate, I have no way of knowing which are new, purchased, or came with the program.
