Unauthorized Apple platform linked to ex's iPhone on Plume routers

My ex ordered some type of apple platform thru my plume routers in my name allowing him to link his iPhone to all the devices in the house as well as monitor everything myself and my kids were doing he was also able to be at work but still use are internet at home and encrypted everything he was doing all so he was able to be unfaithful he ordered all of this in my name now I have no clue how to get it all off someone please help and he approved certain websites and up address on all of our devices and blocked my original one that was on the router when I got it what can I do?
