My entire Notes history is no longer in my phone
iPad mini 6, iPadOS 17
Do this:
Open Settings App
Tap your name at the top
Tap iCloud
Find Notes and make sure the switch is on, but if it is on, turn it off, then back on
Give your phone time to redownload your notes
