Copy/Move to library options greyed out

I'm trying to move a project from one library into another (or a new one) so it can be in a standalone Library file with no other projects inside. I tried consolidate media but it didn't matter (said media as already in the project or something like that)

The copy and move functions aren't available.... why?

This whole Library thing is confusing to me - I just want new/different files every time I make a new movie/project so they can be stand alone and open/save without anything in them except the one movie/project.

I've been creating new Libraries to get around it, but this time I forgot and now need to fix it.

Thanks - that worked. I didn't realize it was even possible to have two libraries open at once - since there is only one single media/projects window allowed to be open at any given time.

As a test I tried opening multiple libraries - the projects from within each newly opened project all appeared in the (same single) window - without any way to discern which project was in which library. I might have been lucky but thankfully it didn't save them all into a single library. Still trying to grasp how it works, but getting there! I appreciate the assist.
