enumerate the FIVE steps in Apple's Music SYNC process

I often sync my music between my Windows PC and my iPhone 15 Pro. In doing so, Apple via its Apple Device App shows the progress as being part of a 5-step process like Copying, Waiting, etc. I am trying to actually locate the names of these five steps and a brief description of what these process steps are actually doing.
