problem with Search tools in Safari and Chrome

12.7.6 Monterey. safari 17.6 chrome Version 130.0.6723.117. so all of a sudden I can no longer use the TOOLS section of a search. I enter a description, go to IMAGES. TOOLS I get these tabs but I can no long ARROW DOWN in any of the tabs... is it just due to older OS. thanks
