Stop Safari on iPhone autoplaying videos

Safari always auto-plays videos on webpages. I'm using iOS 18.1

I have disabled "Bedienhilfen"->"Bewegung"->"Autom. Videovorschau". (Accessibility/Motion/Automatic Video Preview)

But this doesn't stop Safari from playing videos. These automatic starts are extremely annoying as opening a web page immediately interrupts the music player. This really sucks.

Is there any other way to stop Safari?
