Status of my complaint
Had an issue with some new Beats earphones, and was sent to Apple Store by support team to do a simple exchange. But the store wouldn’t change them as I had bought them in the home of Apple, California, 2 weeks before. So I’d wasted half a day and then a lot of time on the phone trying to get a replacement.
The support team agreed that I had been wrongly advised (although they started by saying I had been given ‘raised expectations’ rather than the wrong directive) but even though I have raised a complaint there doesn’t seem to be a way to check on its status.
Any ideas?
