Pages gone from the Pages app - iPhone 15

I had a few pages in my pages app. I went to open the app today and they have all disappeared. There is an option to search, and then a drop down tab named locations, and another drop down tab named tabs.

in the locations tab, my pages are nowhere to be found.

i have no idea what has caused them to all disappear
