Persistent Transparent Band on MacBook Pro 16-inch, 2019 Screen

In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment

Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"

Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple

Outside the USA

Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

You can plug in an external monitor and compare your results.

I would suspect you have a display /display cable failure.

That's a pretty strong indication that your laptop display has a hardware issue. It needs to be repaired. See the links that leroydouglas provided to you earlier.
