Since the introduction of Sonoma and iOS 18, Safari no longer displays Wikipedia properly. Subheadings in Wikipedia articles are no longer active links and do nothing when clicked on;
Also, Guardian pages cannot be scrolled.
These are just two examples - I imagine there are many more other problems.

All links are clickable on wikipedia using Safari. You may have an Extension that is causing your conflict, but the default Safari works just fine.
