Czech quotes doesn't work properly.

Hi, I'm using Macbook and recently discovered, that there is a bug in czech quotation marks „ “.

When im using native writing program and others, that are based on the native one, there is sometimes bad spacing and the quotation marks jumps on separate line where it should not be. Let me show example:

Line starts here: „This is the text on the first line, but there is not space for the last word with quotation mark.

“ This is a new sentence.

Like you can see on example, the quotation mark goes separately on next line without previous word which is very disturbing. Where should i post the problem, so the support can read it and fix it?
