Lost updated notes and embedded photos

05.11.24: After being prompted to accept the latest Apple Terms & Conditions on my iPhone, I noticed that all my notes were temporarily removed from the device. When they were synced back, I discovered they had reverted to an older version (dated 10.10.24 rather than 05.11.24) and were missing the embedded photos. Since I don’t have iCloud storage, I was advised that nothing could be done, but this is incredibly distressing as I had not anticipated losing this data from my iPhone itself.

These notes and photos hold important personal value, and it’s disheartening to lose them simply by accepting the new T&Cs. I was expecting that a routine update would not impact my data. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide to help restore my latest notes and photos.
