All my notes have disappeared. Out of my note app why?

My phone has deleted my Notes in my Notes app

Can you see your notes on iCloud.com? If so, on your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, turn off Notes, restart your iPhone and turn Notes back on. Wait a few minutes for the notes to be downloaded from iCloud.
