Icloud notes not appearing

When I opened up my Icloud notes, all my notes have vanished, I looked on my settings and it says Syncing is on but also that there isn’t any stored in Icloud.

when i go on Icloud.com it shows all my notes and I’m confused

Notes missing after logging out of AppleID Hello, I logged out of my appleID and realised that after logging back in, all my notes went missing but after researching, I realised they were all synced in my icloud but i have no idea how to get them out from my icloud and back into my iphone’s notes app..
