I have a HomePod automation that runs a shortcut that does a "Run script over SSH" but the script is not running. How do I troubleshoot this? Where can I see a log of the automation execution?

I updated my HomePod Mini to 18.2 (22K155). Now my Home Automation shortcuts with SSH scripts will not run when the HomePod Mini is selected as the Home Hub.
Everything works fine when I select my Apple TV HD running tvOS 18.2 (22K155) as the home hub.
I guess it's been an issue with HomePod Mini since version 18.2, but I'm not sure because I usually have my Apple TV HD selected as the Home Hub. I noticed it when I updated to 18.2 and it had automatically changed the Home Hub to the HomePod Mini.
Any idea if this is a bug in 18.2 (22K155)? Any idea how to fix it?

I'm using a HomePod automation to send a Homekit temperature sensor value to a heating system using a shortcut that executes a "Run script over SSH".
That worked fine up to version 18.1, with 18.2 (22K155) the SSH script is not executed by the HomePod mini. Testing the automation on the iPhone still works normally.
I can't get even the simplist automation that uses a shortcut to work - try to create a reminder when a device changes state. Similar to this thread.
