Apple Music not downloading

I subscribed to Apple Music using MTN service after subscribing I still could don’t download my music. It was saying this device could not be transferred please I need to fix.

Unable to download music in Apple Music on Cellular Data Hey, I'm running 17.4.2. I've tried signing in and out of my icloud account, deleted and reinstalled Apple Music., toggled icloud sync, restarted network settings and phone, turned Download over Cellular on and off and turned Automatic Downloads off and on, deleted old playlists and tried to download new music. The problem also seem to be with Prime Video. Apple Podcasts works fine downloading, as does Apple Tv. I tried on another sim card and it still didn't work, so it's not network specific. I can download fine over wifi. Thanks.
