Some app are taking me money from my bank account

What is the exact description of both charges?

• SmartyCash - They also have a website that offers a Free Trial for their service that will become a subscription if you do not cancel before the trial period ends. Many users are linked to their website from a Social Media site or Web Advertisement and this subscription would not be managed by Apple. You would need to Cancel the subscription on the same website.
• MTA NYC - No app is needed for the MTA to charge your card when using Tap to Pay on any of their Metro services. Do you use the subway/metro in NYC?
