Time Capsule's hard drive upgrade and data transfer

Hello everyone. This is my first time here. Apple's tech support couldn't help me over the phone and sent me here. The question is as follows. My Time Capsule router originally had a 3 TB drive, but it wasn't enough for me and I replaced it with a 14 TB one. I used a USB-connected docking station to transfer data. It's long and inconvenient. And most importantly, the creation date of all files changes to the date of transfer, which disrupts the entire storage chronology. Now my 14 TB is running out and I'm buying a 20 TB drive. The question is - how can I correctly transfer data when replacing the hard drive inside the Time Capsule router? Thank you.
