MacBook Air with 16GB RAM upgrade.

As everyone knows, apple just upgraded ram for every MacBook models. I just bought and received my m3 MacBook air 17 days ago at full price and according to their policy, they don't accept a return or a refund anymore.

Do they provide a free upgrade or compensation?

No, but don't take my word for it. Contact Apple if you wish, but you are likely to find them to be intransigent with their already generous return policies. You already familiarized yourself with them, and that's all we or anyone else (including Apple) knows.
