Hello All,
I am running iTunes (12.13.4.4) on my Windows 10 computer and when I switch from 'Library' to 'Store' I am getting a blank screen. There is a message at the bottom of the iTunes window stating "No Items", instead of showing me a list of movie titles and the various categories I can usually browse for movies. Has something happened with Apple selling movies on iTunes that I don't know about?

My spouse has WIN11 and can access Music but the other parts of the store is coming up a black screen. Nothing in there. Even tried repairing the app to no avail. Saw others were having the same issues. Anyone find a solution yet?
Running into the same problem today. Have been using the 'see all' tab of new releases to check out releases every week for years. Like others say, trying to load any type of 'see all' type page on the store leads to a blank page right now. Very frustrating.
I also have the same issue when I want to look at music in the Store and I select anyone of the Show all arrows
It's not just Window. I'm having exactly the same problem on my iMac the last two days.
I’m having the same problem as well and I’m starting to get really scared. I just updated my iTunes to try to help but it’s still the same.
I'm having same issue with movies, TV shows and podcasts.
The same problem here especially when you swap countries and when you press on any artists' page "See All" lists. This issue started past Friday 1 November 2024
