Opening Apple Music shows 'This subscription is already being used with a different Apple Account".

Have recently changed by mobile from A Samsung A22 to a Samsung Flip on which I had apple music through by EE contract.

All information changed over but when I go to open my Apple Music i get the message 'This subscription is already being used with a different Apple Account.

As far as i know i only have the one apple account. I also have 2 Mac pro computers.

How can I sort this problem so I can use my apple music on my new mobile.
