Watch Gesture to run shortcut

I hav a shortcut to skip thru commercials on my podcasts and I’d like to run it with a gesture. Any ideas?

Is there a "Now Playing" widget for the Smart Stack? I typically listen to my podcasts on my iPhone 13 mini thru my AirPods Pro. I can control the podcast via my Apple Watch Series 7 with the Now Playing complication which I have on the Modular Watch Face. With WatchOS 10, when I play a podcast on the iPhone, the Podcast widget shows up on the Smart Stack. When pressed, this brings up the Watch Podcast app, which is not what I am listening to. Is there a Now Playing widget?

How can I fast forward to skip ahead 15 seconds when playing/controlling podcasts from watch iOS 10? I used to see a “player” mode where rewind and skip forward showed under the title but now I just see Listen now, Library, and Search. When I select Listen now I can start a cast but not pause it.

How to return swipe up menu instead of using the button. Hey, I'm a long-time user of the first Apple Watch version and I want back swipe up the menu for quick functions. How to return it back? I'm not happy with the button. Thank you!
