Safari wont quit since upgrading to Sequioa

Hi, since upgrading to Sequoia from Catalina Safari fails to quit after every use and requires force quit .

Any help appreciated, thanks ian

iMac 21.5″, macOS 15.0

Additionally, since your footnote shows you are on 15.0, try updating to 15.1 to see if that fixes the problem.

Thank you, updated to 15.1 Still hanging on quit.Couple of other options to try but think re-install maybe final solution.

Tried safe mode and then updated to 15.1 but still hanging on quit . Probably have to re-install Sequoia to solve.
