I want to make a shortcut to toggle a setting when certain websites are being used

There is a certain setting I would like to toggle: the Verify window.Open user gesture: You access this through settings>Safari>Advanced>Feature Flags>Verify window.Open user gesture In my experience, this setting blocks all popups, so it's great against pop-up ads, which are very popular on pirated movie websites. However, sometimes, you want a pop-up to show up. so I was wondering if I could just make a shortcut to turn on when I am on certain websites and then off when I close them.

if there is any other solutions please suggest them, also I know I could just download an ad blocker its just they keep asking for a lot of permissions and I don't trust them.
