Sales email from ebay caused all my 400 Ipad Safari tabs to close How to re-open them

Sent follow-up email re an item I looked at.

I accidentally pressed on the link.

New Instance of Safari opened.

Swiped right to minimise Instance

Discovered original Safari Instance had been Deleted!

Instance only shows one Tab.

Tried '+' but it lists Tabs that I closed, not the 400 Tabs that were there.

OS Version: iPadOS : 17.6.1

Device Model: iPad7,2 Pro

Looked on Internet, and ebay without success as to How to recover the Tabs.
