is there a method to separately setup of audio level for each app? I own a mfi audio prothesis, and i suffer listening social audio or youtube audio compared to the voice calls at the same buttons level

unfortunately my headphone safety settings are obviously useless: I need to have a high level of sound. Apple should do a midi/equalizer intercepting all other sounds with an agc/compressor under accessibility prefs avoiding recruitments.
Not unless a given app provides its own control over sound level.

I’m having the same issue. I think it’s related to headphone safety settings.
I can’t get the music to play at a reasonable level. Then a call comes and the volume doubles.
