honey safari extension on iphone not working

I have the honey extension (I’ve tried the PayPal extension and the honey extension) on the iPhone. Safari shows the extension is on and it will pop up at checkout for me to apply coupons. When applying coupons, the whole page refreshes (the honey coupon with the loading symbol showing it is trying codes also disappears when it refreshes), then reloads and the honey extension pops up again, however the loading symbol just keeps spinning and nothing ever happens. I never get the “your coupon was applied” or anything else pop up. I have tried deleting the apps and reinstalling, clearing my website history, and everything I can think of. The extension works fine on my husbands phone so I know that it does work- just not on mine
