How do get rid of unwanted notifications from safari

I've been getting annoying notifications from safari that are stating "I-cloud has been hacked" or "virus detected". Now, I have determined these notifications are bogus through similar search results on the web. But I cannot remove them. I have tried everything this community and beyond has suggested and they are still there.

This is what the link displays. It doesn't not show up under websites or notifications in the safari settings.

I also can't remove it from the privacy settings (actually, I can't remove anything from the privacy settings.)

It's just annoying. Any help to get rid of it will be greatly appreciated.
