is the hearing test dosent work in israel?
I can’t see the hearing test on my iphone 16 pro ios 18.1 and I have airpods pro 2 what seems to be the problem?

The answer to your question is that the appropriate government agency there has not approved that feature. Until that happens, there is nothing Apple can do. Sorry.
