Apple Music Web don't connect my account

I'm connect my account on the web but after that it look's like it's not connect and it's offer me "a free trial"

What should I do?

Apple Music won’t play or let me log in I am having trouble with my Apple Music account, it won’t allow me to play any music, it won’t allow me to access my account either to see if my subscription is still valid/live. I don't want to delete the app to re login and lose all my music. Please someone help!!
