Yes. Your M1 Mac can run both applications just fine.

You should not run into any issues.
The current versions of Photoshop are v 26 and the current version of LRC is 14.0.1. Both of those run fine in Sequoia 15.1 with 16 gigs of RAM on any M series Mac.
