Hi again. Realised what I did wrong. When I set the language to US English I did so in Siri setting but not in language and region setting in General settings. Took a while for the penny to drop. Sorted now. Thanks again.

Sorry, but there is not support for the beta software that you are currently running. With the release version of 18.1 you need the Siri language set to English US along with the region of the device.

Thank you for answering... but what about the NEW Siri UI (or animation), Apple Intelligence features are just available for new devices, I know. but the new Animation of Siri will not be for all iOS 18.1 devices?
Again.. thanks for helping

That is correct. If you own an iPhone 11, it doesn't have the RAM required to run Apple Intelligence. Apple Intelligence, including the new Siri UI, is built into Apple Intelligence. It is NOT a separate standalone feature, which can be accessed on any iPhone which isn't capable of running Apple Intelligence.

Your device unfortunately doesn't support Apple Intelligence, due to it not having enough RAM. If you want to use Apple Intelligence, you need to have one of these devices:

iPhone

  • iPhone 15 Pro
  • iPhone 15 Pro Max
  • iPhone 16
  • iPhone 16 Plus
  • iPhone 16 Pro
  • iPhone 16 Pro Max
  • Any later iPhone

iPad

  • Any iPad Pro with an M-Series chip (M1, M2, M4 and later)
  • Any iPad Air with an M-Series chip (M1, M2 and later)
  • iPad Mini (A17 Pro and later)

Mac

  • Any M-Series Mac

Hello 👋 I have an iPhone 11 and I updated to the public iOS 18.1 and I still have "Siri" in settings and not "Apple Intelligence & Siri"... And my Siri is still the old one. AND I reset the phone Many times, can anyone help please, thanks!
Btw My account & my Region is set in US and my Siri Language is US English.

That's correct. You don't own an iPhone which is capable of Apple Intelligence. Apple was quite clear that Apple Intelligence would be available for iPhone 15 Pro/15 Pro Max and all iPhone 16 models. iPhone 11 doesn't have the RAM required to run Apple Intelligence.

If you want all the new goodies included with Apple Intelligence, Apple would be happy to let you trade in your iPhone 11, towards a new iPhone.

I updated to iOS 18.2 on iPhone 15 pro max and now apple intelligence and Siri isn’t working. The UI is back to the old version and there is no toggle for ChatGPT integration. The features seem to be working elsewhere like email.

If you are using iOS 18.2, it means you are using Beta software, which cannot be discussed here, per the NDA you signed when you became a beta tester. Use the feedback link you were provided when you signed on test not ready for public release software.

That is expected when using beta software and there is no support. Your only option is to use the Feedback Assistant. It is also a violation of using the beta to discuss anything having to do with it. You are simply a tester with no ability to resolve any issues.

I honestly think that is kinda stupid, apple could call in our phones to upgrade the ram. But whatever, guess I’ll js have to buy a new phone. Would an iPhone 14 work?

RAM cannot be "called in" to be increased. RAM is fixed and not expandable. You may think it's stupid, but Apple can't defy the laws of physics. It's like wanting to put two gallons of water in a one gallon container. NOT POSSIBLE.

And no, if you want Apple Intelligence, you need an iPhone 15 Pro/15 Pro Max or any iPhone 16 model.
