Safari is showing a black screen on my iPhone 12

After the iOS 18 update my phone started experiencing black screens in safari. I tried reinstalling iOS it still continues. This issue does not occur in the Microsoft edge or google apps. The phone is an iPhone 12 which has recently been updated to iOS 18. Also, this issue occurs on multiple websites.
