Using Mac mini as a media playback in AV system

Had to do a few things to make a Mac mini work seamlessly in an AV system. Thought I post all the steps here

• Ripped CD into ALAC 44.1k for lossless copy into Music
• headphone jack out to RCA stereo to vintage amp. Audio MIDI Setup app to do 44.1k and dial up output to max
• Setup mini to auto login and auto launch Music app on login
• iTunes Remote app to remote drive the Music app from iPhone
• FullControl app to power off the Mini from iPhone. FullControl need to install macOS side helper server it will ask to be installed to auto launch on login.

I tried Apple's switch control + control nearby devices. More complex than necessary and didn't work for me.
