Circle with line after power outage MacPro Late 2013
After power outage, MacPro (trash can 2013) won’t startup after Recovery mode and First Aid check of all disks. Circle with line persists on Restart

Thanks for the reply, FoxFifth. While your suggestion didn't immediately solve my issue, I was able to prepare a OS Installer on a separate machine and enter Recovery Mode to use it to reload my OS and gain my former settings intact
