Why are my Safari tabs still open after clearing history?

After clearing history in safari settings I notice two tabs are still open

these two tabs I cannot find. can anyone throw any light on this issue

I think there’s quite a few posts on here that are quite similar .

I’ve been through my apps and there is nothing untowards with them.

I am a little concerned as to what this is, am I being hacked or is this malaware ?

This seems to be a safari issue as soon as I open safari and then go back to clear history there they are .

I hope there’s someone who can answer this issue , as it’s driving me a little crazy .
