Apple Music overcharge and unauthorized cancellation

I purchased Apple Music on Oct15, 2024. It was for $10.99 with tax $11.84. My account was over charger $60 with a total of $71.84. I'm requesting a refund of $60 due to me only making an individual purchase. Then on Oct. 25, 2024 my Apple Music was canceled for no apparent reason refund me all my money back for cancellation of my services.
