Is this your Mac mini or a used one that you just purchased...?

If it is yours Mac mini see "How to turn off a firmware password"

at > Set a firmware password on your Mac - Apple Support

If you just bought used, try asking the seller for the Password.

If they do not have the password, then return the Mac mini to them.

If they are unreachable, then I hope you didn't pay to much for that door stop.
