Can any apps other than Apple apps be shared?
Can applications such as audible Google Calendar, or Amazon Alexa be shared through family sharing

Many of them can be, as can some subscriptions. It should say on the App Store information page for the app what the sharing status is.

If you use Family Sharing, you might be able to share some subscriptions with family members. Consumable in-app purchases can't be shared.
