iPhone 16 Pro having relatively low brightness than iPhone 15 Pro

I have noticed that my 16 pro have a relatively low brightness than 15 pro at the same setting as of my 15 pro. Why is that? Does anyone have been facing same issue?

Same here. Also, I can't get it to dim to 1 nit.
