CarPlay second screen with Maps shows overview

On my car (2024 BMW X1, U11) CarPlay is able to drive both screens: main + drivers display.

Originally, they were both showing directions when using Apple Maps, and it was amazing. After the latest update if I set the directions on the main display, the driver’s display goes to overview; which is completely useless in such a small display. It works vice versa as well, but I have no use for the overview mode.

How can I set this back to the previous settings?
