How to get messages from my old number

I need my verification code for my Gmail but I got a new number and phone and don’t have access to my old number that it is being sent to. How can I receive the texts sent to my old number. I just need to log in because I’ve logged into a lot of stuff with that email and can’t use it until I log in I think.

It wasn’t sending, and I saw that it was signed into my (other) email, and I couldn’t get the code. how do i connect my phone number I just got a new phone (iphone 13) and switched my data over to the new phone. However, my phone number did not go with and now i can only receive and send with my apple ID. I went and tried to add my phone number to my apple ID, but it sent a verification code to that number (which i don't have access to now?). I can’t access my gmail accounts on my iPhone I can’t access my gmail accounts on my IPhone because it’s wanting to send a two step verification code to my old phone number. I need instructions to update my 2 step verification number with my new phone number. Thanks [Edited by Moderator]

Most verification codes provide the option to send it to your iPhone or email address .

Check if you're asked where you want the code sent to and choose email if you can .
