Recovery of deleted iPad backup

I bought a new iPad 5 days ago. I accidentally deleted the old iPad data from iCloud before uploading to my new device. Any way to recover my data?

Restoring iPhone when no backup is available? I recently had my iPhone stolen and I just got a new one. I tried restoring from iCloud but I get the message "no backups available". However, when I sign into icloud.com, everything is there (photos, contacts, notes, etc). A lot of this stuff is also available to me on my mac. I feel like there has to be a way to get this onto my new phone but I'm not sure how. Any advice?
