WiFi on my MacBook Air keeps dropping post macOS Update.

I am using a MacBook air M3 but ever since I Updated its software, it's been having issues such as slowing down, and now dropping wifi in the middle of work.

I always get issues every time I update the devices' software whether on my iPhone or MacBook and Im now thinking of not immediately updating the software on new release.

Any advice?
